  This is the worse store.. You want in line for hours. I trade in my old phone and got a new one the rep said she would mail my old phone so I would get credit on my bill.. Well she never did.. Call the manager and he is a big lier told me 4 weeks ago the would mail me the check for the amount of the phone said it would take 14 days well it going on a month and still no check. And now they add the amount of my old phone on to the bill. So now the bill is or 700.. IF I WAS YOU DONT GO TO VERZION.. THE NORWICH NEW YORK IS BAD!
